NEXT Capital was born from an observation: the best tech deals remain reserved for a few institutional funds, while tokenization now makes it possible to render them accessible, traceable and fractioned.

We borrow discipline from the major asset managers: investment committee, due diligence, reporting, independent audit. We borrow proximity from investment clubs: community, training, meetings with founders.
The NXT token is the link between the two: a simple unit of participation, every movement of which is recorded in an auditable register.
The fund is being structured in Luxembourg. Information on the management company, licences and service providers (registrar, payment institution, auditor) will be published before any real opening.
